Accounting and invoicing for web agencies
Website, shop, maintenance, hosting and support: a web agency earns from projects, from the operation afterwards and from licences it passes on. Saldiqo writes project invoices with milestones, creates maintenance contracts as recurring invoices and shows which clients cost how much time.
What comes up for web agencies
Project, then operation
First the launch, then maintenance, hosting and updates. Invoices change from project to subscription.
Licences and domains
Themes, plugins, domains and certificates run yearly and are passed on to clients.
Extras and support
Change requests outside the quote should be billed by effort, with traceable time.
